An upper body focused workout created to build upper body strength, sculpt your arms, and strengthen your core.
Wednesday Warrior HIIT
This class will combine cardiovascular and strength training exercises in an interval style workout that will build muscle and aerobic capacity. This fun format incorporates total body conditioning into multiple "rounds" of exercises meant to challenge and excite you. Be ready to work hard, have fun, and sweat!
Lower Body Blast
A Lower body focused workout created to build lower body strength, sculpt the glutes, quadriceps, and hamstrings.
Strength Training & Tabata
The perfect pair!! Total Body Strength Training plus cardio training as developed by Dr. Tabata. This class is exciting & dynamic with high metabolic drills which equals massive calorie expenditure.
