Class descriptions

Strength Training & Conditioning

This total body class is designed to shed excess fat while building strength and endurance.  This class includes strength training, cardio training, and core training for total body workout! 


CoreFit

This class focuses on the core muscles and yes, the ABS! We will work to strengthen your core, improve posture, decrease risk of injury and increase balance. 


Strength Training & Yoga

This class is a balance of both strength training and conditioning as well as a slow flow vinyasa.

We will begin class with 30 minutes of strength training. This full body strength training workout will pair with core work. All geared towards burning fat and boosting your metabolism. Modifications will be offered.

Next we will have a short Vinyasa Flow. This will be a beginners slow flow emphasizing on the sequential movement between postures, coordinated with and guided by deliberate breath. The Vinyasa practice becomes a moving meditation that creates strength, freedom and fluidity in the body and mind.


Upper Body Blast

Shoulders, tri's and bi's, oh my! An upper body focused workout created to build upper body strength, sculpt your arms, and strengthen your core. 


Strength Training & Foam Rolling

Strength training during the first half of this class then we will end with an educational and beneficial session of guided foam rolling. Learn the importance of strength  training and form during your workouts and daily life, while also taking time to stretch and foam roll to decrease soreness from your intense workouts. Great class for those experienced or new to foam rolling. 


Wednesday Warrior HIIT

This class will combine cardiovascular and strength training exercises in an interval style workout that will build muscle, aerobic capacity, and boost metabolism.  This fun format incorporates total body conditioning into multiple "rounds" of exercises meant to challenge and excite you.  Be ready to work hard, have fun, and sweat! 


Lower Body Blast

It’s leg day! Lower body training focused on targeting glutes, quadriceps, hamstrings. This class is for all fitness levels. 


Strength Training & Tabata

The perfect pair-Total Body Strength Training plus cardio training as developed by Dr. Tabata. This class is exciting & dynamic with high metabolic drills which equals massive calorie expenditure.
